Description
As it name suggests, water features heavily on the Lakes Course in the form of water filled canyons left from when the land was used for tin mining. No fewer than 17 of its 18 holes exhibit these striking water hazards, offering an exciting challenge to your round of golf. Gently winding its way over the natural roll of the land and through stands of old, colonial rubber plantations, the Lakes Course is a stunning combination of natural landscape and ingenious design.
The course has five sets of tees for you to choose from, allowing you to select the pace and complexity of your round. The range of tees and large greens means the Lakes Course can be enjoyed by the amateur golfer while at the same time, the championship tees offer a rigorous test leading you round a challenging 7,129 yard course which demands the best even from the top players in the world. Add to this the breathtaking vistas across the lakes to the enchanting Phang-nga mountains, and you have a golfing experience quite apart from any other.
