General Over View

Roughly twenty minutes from Chiang Rai, the 1hole Santiburi Country Club spills out over the fields and low hills of Bang-Bor. The course designer, Robert Trent Jones, has gone to a great deal of effort to create a water friendly course with plenty of bunkers, sloping lies and good dog leg holes.

None is more difficult than the course’s par-5 18th where not only do players have to negotiate around a water hazard on the side of the green from the tee shot, but also on the right of the green on the approach shot. There is also hotel accommodation on site.
