Hotel Booking Condition
VALIDITY : 01 NOVEMBER 1999 - 31 OCTOBER 2000

Reservations

      All hotel booking must be made directly to our office by e-mail or facsimile.  Client's full name and flight information should be advised upon placing a booking.  All confirmed reservations will be held up to 15.00 hours unless we have received late-arrival information in advance either by fax or e-mail.             

Rates

• All rates are quoted net in US. dollar per room per night on room rates or per person per day meat rate, at current exchange rate of 1 US$ = 38 bath, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% vat.  All rates are subject to charge according to market fulctuation if necessary.
• All rates are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to charge without advance notice.  Final rates are subject to confirmation at the time of booking request.
• Room rates are based on standard room or run-of-the house accommodation unless otherwise indicated.
• Rates are applicable and good only if reservation and payment are made through Phuket Experience Tour Co., Ltd. Directly.

Payment

F.I.T BOOKING  The hotels request one night or 50% of total room rate as deposit to secure confirmed reservation.

GROUP BOOKING A deposit for one night of total room charges is required 30 days prior to arrival or option date advised upon confirmation. Final payment by credit card fax form at least 15 days prior to arrival should be made payable to Phuket Experience Tour Co.,Ltd.

Cancellation/No Show

• Any cancllation made within 45 hrs.  Or option date advised upon confirmation is subject to charge on night room rate
• In case of no-show, one night room rate to be charged to different periods.

Refund

• Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to different periods.
• No refund of deduction will be made afer check-in.

Extra Bed

In general, there is only on extra bed allowed in each quest room with max 3 persons.   Most hotels provide " Rollaway" as extra bed.
